The current study aims to examine and analyze the effect of soft skills on working readiness. Respondents were active students from several universities in Indonesia. sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, namely convenient sampling. Data analysis performed using multiple linear regression. results show that learning throughout life skills, creativity, teamwork leadership significantly influence Meanwhile, problem-solving communication ethics have no significant provide a theoretical contribution regarding relationship between Future research urgent conduct clearer picture gives awareness improve their skills. also provides managerial for formulate concept developing students.
